CRM Specialist
OVERVIEW
We are looking for a data-driven and highly organised CRM professional to join our team. In this role, you will develop and execute multi-channel customer communications that drive engagement, retention, and measurable commercial results. You’ll work across email, push, SMS, in-app messaging, and content cards to deliver personalised, customer-first campaigns that support both regional and global CRM strategies.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Customer Insight & Strategy

Build a strong understanding of customer behaviour and lifecycle trends.

Use data and insights to shape CRM communications and identify test-and-learn opportunities.
Campaign Delivery

Plan, brief, build, QA and schedule campaigns across all CRM channels.

Segment audiences using demographic, behavioural and performance data.

Work closely with Lifecycle, Creative and Marketing teams to ensure campaigns are accurate, aligned and delivered on time.
Quality & Execution

Manage the QA process to ensure flawless execution of content, audiences and deployment.

Troubleshoot technical issues across CRM channels.

Maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners.
Performance & Reporting

Produce regular reporting on CRM KPIs with clear recommendations.

Deliver post-campaign analysis and suggest optimisations.

Support Ongoing test-and-learn programmes to improve lifecycle performance.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Please note this is a hybrid role partially based in our New York City office. All candidates must be local or willing to relocate. You must also be authorized to work in the United States.

1+ years’ experience in CRM, customer marketing, or lifecycle marketing.

Passion for improving customer experience and understanding customer behaviour.

KPI-driven, naturally curious, and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.

Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage and prioritise multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Knowledge of audience segmentation and customer targeting.

Flexible regarding occasional out-of-hours work when required.
SALARY RANGE
This role has a salary range between $67'000 - $75'500 The base pay offered is based on market, experience, and skills.
