Senior Athlete Marketing Associate
OVERVIEW:
Reporting to the North American Athlete Marketing Manager, the Athlete Marketing Senior Associate will be responsible for managing talent, alongside overseeing the day-to-day of dedicated athlete marketing associates, and supporting the Athlete Marketing Manager with the planning and execution of the regional Partnerships’ strategy.
This role will involve : scouting and activating new creators, ensuring creators engage in new product launches and brand campaigns by building disruptive marketing plans and briefs involving unique initiatives, being key point of contact for current creators, managing relationships to ensure a flawless experience between the brand and creators, overseeing the day-to-day of two or more Athlete Marketing Associates.
Our North America Office is based in NYC. Candidates can work in our NY Office Hybrid. You must also be authorized to work in the United States.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Recruitment and management of creators from day-to-day coms, monthly payment and product send-outs, to briefing and execution of initiatives
- Comfortable dealing with male creators
- Supporting the Athlete Marketing Manager in the day-to-day of the North American Athlete Marketing team by enabling the team to execute their projects flawlessly, ensuring all projects are progressing and performance is being tracked accurately
- Supporting in the kick-off of Brand campaigns and NPD drops, supporting designated stakeholders to ensure flawless planning and execution
- Ensure all operational steps are executed in time by leading the comms with the Coordinator Executive and Operations Executive
- Plan, develop and execute regional activations in line with the brand’s objectives
- Collaborate with wider internal teams to strategically activate the network of talent and grow the brand’s presence through impactful marketing campaigns and bespoke initiatives
- Reporting on talent performance using KPI’s set by line manager
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Essential Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- +4 years experience in influencer marketing and/or social media marketing
- Ability to manage competing priorities and effectively manage workflow to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Ability to work well under pressure, both as part of a cohesive team and as an individual contributor
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in our NYC offices.
SALARY RANGE
The range is between $73,000 - $85,000. The base pay offered is based on market, experience, and skills.
