WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As our Production Coordinator, you'll be at the intersection of various teams, collaborating closely with our Production Buying, Sourcing, Logistics, Commercial, Product Marketing, Finance, and more. You don’t have to have apparel experience but must be familiar with raising and amending purchase orders as well as critical path management. Key tasks include:

  • Creating and managing Purchase Order contracts, issuing within SLA.
  • Monitoring and managing Critical Path for timely production delivery.
  • Building vendor relationships and coordinating weekly production meetings.
  • Reporting on vendor performance regularly.
  • Attending stakeholder meetings, providing production updates and support.
  • Monitoring vendor capacity against production orders.
  • Updating internal trackers for business visibility and consistency.
  • Supporting Production Manager with internal and external relationship building.
  • Liaising with freight partner to ensure timely handover process.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

It is important that you have critical path experience – NetSuite software or relevant management tools knowledge is particularly useful. We are also looking for:

  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Confidence in managing large data sets with strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables.
  • Production experience in fast-paced environments, ideally in manufacturing.
  • Effective communication and ability liaise with cross functional departments.
  • Experience with diverse product ranges and product lifecycle management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, delivering accurate and motivated results.
  • Ability to inspire and support colleagues, fostering a collaborative work culture.
  • Be results-oriented, with a focus on high standards and determination.
  • CIPS qualification preferred, but not essential.

This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSIQ, Solihull, UK.
