As our Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will work directly with influencers and athletes, helping to amplify our brand’s presence across platforms like Instagram, X and TikTok . This is a fast-paced, exciting role where you’ll get hands-on experience with content creation, community engagement, and campaign strategy—all while working alongside upcoming and groundbreaking influencers in the industry.

What You’ll Do:

✨ Collaborate with influencers and athletes to create authentic, engaging content

✨ Find and activating new on-brand creators

✨ Develop and execute social media campaigns that drive brand awareness

✨ Monitor trends across social platforms and recommend strategies to stay ahead

✨ Build and nurture relationships with influencers, athletes, and brand partners

✨ Track and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and optimisation strategies

✨ Work with our creative team to produce visually compelling content

✨ Stay up-to-date with the latest social media tools, trends, and best practices

What We’re Looking For:

💥 Early/intermediate career professional with a deep passion for fashion, fitness or wellbeing

💥 Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.)

💥 Burning desire and ambition to work with influencers and athletes, experience in this is a bonus!

💥 A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box

💥 Excellent communication and organisational skills

💥 A keen eye for trends, engagement metrics, and visual storytelling.

💥 Energy!

This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSIQ, Solihull, UK.
