How will your day-to-day look?

• Own the recruiting show - from opening new roles and optimizing positions to closing offers across all our teams in NYC and Israel
• Hunt for talent like a pro - advanced sourcing, Boolean magic, and finding gems where others can't
• Be hiring manager's trusted partner - work with everyone from engineers to sales leaders and help them make smart hiring decisions

What You'll Need to Thrive in?

• 2-3 years of recruiting magic -you owned the recruiting process in a high-tech environment and have the war stories to prove it
• Sourcing superpowers - LinkedIn is just your starting point, you know all the tricks and tools
• Tech startup experience - you get the pace, the culture, and can speak the right language with all departments from Tech to Go-To-Market.
