Security Product Manager
Established in 2022, Guardz rapidly emerged as a noteworthy player in the cybersecurity sphere, securing $85M in funding and rallying a dedicated team of 120 industry professionals. Our vision is to foster a safer digital landscape for small and medium businesses across the globe. To this end, we introduced our comprehensive all-in-one platform, and continue to grow and expand our team, our partnerships and our revenue.
We're looking for a security practitioner who wants to move into product.
Above all, you know the SOC world and have conducted cross-domain investigations E2E, you're experienced in writing reports, you've worked directly with customers, and you understand their pains.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap across IAM, MDR, ITDR, and detection and response domains.
- Lead the definition of our MDR tools and operational processes.
- Define and evolve our autonomous AI-based SOC capabilities.
- Define the end-to-end incident review and remediation lifecycle, including investigation, root cause analysis, and response workflows.
- Translate security, SOC, and AI concepts into clear product requirements and execution plans.
- Partner with engineering, AI, security research, and SOC teams to deliver scalable, high-quality capabilities.
- Use customer feedback, market insights, and operational metrics to prioritize features and measure success.
- Align product strategy with go-to-market, sales, and customer success teams to ensure strong product-market fit.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in SOC / penetration testing / security operations environments
- Deep hands-on security domain expertise across SOC / XDR / MDR / SIEM / SOAR.
- End-to-end investigation ownership — you've run or managed investigations from alert through triage to resolution, and you've worked directly with logs.
- Cross-domain investigation experience — investigations that pivoted across endpoint, email, identity, browser, network, and more.
- Real SOC fluency
- Customer-facing experience — you've worked directly with customers, understand their pains, and know how to present your findings to them.
- Hands-on experience with AI — you've actually used or built with AI in your work (e.g. AI in investigations/detection, AI-assisted security features, or day-to-day AI tooling).
- A genuine pull toward product: you want to shape and own the product, not just operate the tools.
Nice to have
- MSP experience — a significant advantage.
- Product management experience
