Process alerts related to sports users in a timely and accurate manner;

Segment users based on internal risk levels and established procedures;

Review and respond to requests from other departments through dedicated communication channels;

Analyze past decisions to identify and correct mistakes, ensuring continuous process improvement;

Report anomalies or suspicious player activity to managers promptly;

Collaborate with the Risk Management team to enhance fraud detection methods and preventive measures;

Handle low- and medium-risk cases independently, escalating higher-risk situations when required;

Support the department’s goal of maintaining fair play and operational integrity within the sports betting environment.
Experience you’ll need to bring:
-
Ideally 1+ year of experience in risk management, operations, customer support, or related analytical functions;
-
Candidates from iGaming, fintech, or financial services backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply;
-
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in Excel;
-
Basic understanding or personal interest in sports (football, basketball, tennis, etc.);
-
Ability to manage high workloads and multiple simultaneous tasks efficiently;
-
Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate English (spoken and written) for cross-department collaboration.
