• Oversee activation budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability;

• Monitor activation set-ups, ensuring execution aligns with brand standards and agreed concepts;

• Work closely with marketing, crm, and operations teams to align activations with broader brand strategies;

• Measure and report on the effectiveness of activations, collecting feedback and insights for continuous improvement.

Experience you’ll need to bring:

• Proven experience in event management, field marketing, brand activations, or related roles;

• Strong understanding of live audience engagement and experiential marketing;

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple activations simultaneously;

• Experience working with external vendors and agencies;

• Strong negotiation and budget management skills;

• Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities;

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment (especially during match days and live events);

• Strong communication skills (English Upper Intermediate and fluent Spanish).
