Experience you’ll need to bring:

2+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in IT/digital companies/recruitment agencies;

Fluency in Spanish and English (advanced);
-
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, and candidate databases;

Proficiency in conducting competency-based interviews;
-
Proven experience in hiring within the LatAm region, understanding of employment laws and regulations in LatAm countries;

Experience working in the iGaming industry (will be a plus).
