Perfect for those who aim to:

Launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Ad Networks and Programmatic platforms (e.g., PropellerAds, ExoClick, Adsterra, etc.);

Set up and work with Traffic Distribution Systems (Keitaro, Voluum, Binom, AdsBridge) to track, distribute, and optimize traffic flows;
-
Manage different traffic types, including popunder, push, native, and interstitial formats;
-
Monitor and analyze key metrics (CPM, CPA, CPR, CTR, ATPU, ROMI, etc.), providing continuous performance improvements;
-
Build and manage white/black lists, optimizing placements and sources for better ROMI;
-
Negotiate and secure flat deals with ad networks and publishers to ensure favorable rates and high-quality placements;
-
Develop and test creatives (visuals, CTAs, ad copies) tailored for different products and formats;
-
Conduct A/B tests for creatives, landing pages, and funnels to maximize conversion rates;
-
Manage and allocate monthly budgets of $20,000+, ensuring efficiency and profitability;
-
Research and analyze market trends and audiences, with a focus on LATAM markets (Chile as a priority);
-
Prepare regular reports, share performance insights.
Experience you’ll need to bring:
-
At least 2 years with in-app channels in the iGaming industry;
-
Experience with one of the traffic distribution systems (TDS) such as Keitaro, Voluum, AdsBridge, Binom;
-
Experience and successful cases with Ad Networks / Programmatic platforms such as PropellerAds, Kadam, ExoClick, TrafficStarts, Adsterra, etc;
-
Negotiate flat deals, secure favorable ad rates and placements from ad networks and publishers;
-
Understanding of basic metrics and terms for Ad Networks, such as: SmartBid, RTB, CPM, CPA, CPR, White/Black lists, eCPM, CTR, EPC, etc;
-
Experience buying traffic for direct link flow, PWA apps, and APK;
-
Experience with developing creatives, understanding of working CTAs, visuals, creatives;
-
Experience with LatAm markets (especially Chile region) will be a big plus;
-
Experience in managing big monthly budgets (20000$ +).
