  • Plan, execute, and evaluate A/B tests for campaign optimization;

  • Collaborate with design and content teams on localized campaign materials;

  • Track and report retention metrics, recommending improvements.

Experience you’ll need to bring:
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a CRM/Retention Specialist;

  • Previous experience in gambling, sports betting, or iGaming;

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, email service providers, and automation tools;

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and campaign performance, providing clear, data-driven insights;

  • Upper-Intermediate level of English (required);

  • Spanish proficiency (optional, but highly valued).
