Junior CRM Manager

  • Plan and execute CRM campaigns for sports and casino products;

  • Use customer segments and player data to deliver personalized campaigns;

  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports with key insights;

  • Collaborate with design, content, and operations teams on timely campaign delivery;

  • Support the setup and maintenance of automated CRM journeys.

Experience you’ll need to bring:
  • 6+ months of experience in marketing, CRM, or digital campaigns (experience in iGaming is a plus);

  • Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms, CRM systems, or automation tools (willingness to learn is essential);

  • Comfortable working with data in Excel/Sheets; ability to track simple KPIs;

  • Upper-Intermediate English. Spanish is a plus.
