Experience you’ll need to bring:

• 1.5+ years of experience as a CRM Manager in the iGaming field (Casino or Sports);

• Deep understanding of casino specifics: user behavior, game mechanics, bonuses, types of games;

• Knowledge of key metrics (GGR, NGR, Turnover, ATPU, etc.);

• Experience with different communication channels (Email, SMS, Push, Popups);

• Conversational English (Intermediate) for participation in team meetings;

• Ability to work with HTML (editing email templates).
