Plan, coordinate, and execute high-quality, in-person events tailored for our VIP clients;

Source and manage local providers for transportation, venues, branded merchandise, and event services;

Ensure smooth, on-site execution of events by coordinating with vendors, internal teams, and other stakeholders;

Provide VIP guests with a personalized, exceptional event experience from pre-arrival to post-event follow-up;

Prepare detailed event reports including attendance, engagement, feedback, and recommendations for future improvements;

Travel to inspect venues and manage event-related logistics.
Experience you’ll need to bring:

Proven experience in planning and managing events, ideally in high-end or VIP-focused environments;

Comfortable managing logistics such as transportation, equipment, branded merchandise, and onsite setup;

Capable of independently handling budgets, comparing vendor quotes, and ensuring cost-effective solutions;

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English;

High level of discretion and professionalism when managing high-profile or confidential guest experiences;

Confident working under pressure and adapting to unexpected changes during live events.
