CRM Manager
Our client is an international online gaming company offering sports betting and casino services, with a significant presence in Latin America. Strategic focus is to deliver a high-quality, personalized gaming experience, leveraging advanced technology and localized services to cater to the preferences of the different Latin American players. Develop and launch own Casino Games, as well as operate own CRM, CS and Back-office platforms.

Launch full-cycle CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push);

Segment users based on behavior and activity to deliver personalized offers;

Analyze core metrics (open rate, CTR, churn rate, LTV) and prepare reports to optimize campaigns;

Build retention strategies and reduce user churn;
-
Conduct A/B testing on messages, bonuses, and channels to improve performance;
-
Set up automated flows, triggers, and user journeys;
-
Coordinate communication with internal teams involved in campaign execution;
-
Take initiative and contribute to strategic decisions within the CRM direction.
Experience you’ll need to bring:

Have 2+ years of experience in CRM within the iGaming industry (casino or sportsbook);

Work with CRM systems and understand user flows in digital products;
-
Apply segmentation, targeting, and automation setup skills;
-
Understand key metrics such as OR, CTR, LTV, and churn;
-
Demonstrate analytical thinking and the ability to make independent decisions;
-
Use Google Sheets and Slides confidently;
-
Edit email templates using basic HTML;
-
Work with Tableau, Jira, Slack, Confluence (nice to have) ;
-
Communicate in English at an Intermediate+ level (daily use with international teams).
