Payments Support Specialist

Perfect for those who aim to:

Work daily on user cases related to payments, transactions, and customer inquiries;

Promptly process and resolve requests in the internal system, communicate with payment partners, and escalate complex cases to other teams when necessary;
-
Maintain a high quality of request processing while meeting KPIs for speed and accuracy;
-
Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient case resolution;
-
Work on a flexible schedule (shifts 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00) with rotation (approximately 4 night shifts per month).
Experience you’ll need to bring:
-
6+ months of experience in Customer Support or Payments Support (we are also open to candidates without experience who successfully pass the test);

Experience working with ticketing systems (Intercom, Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.) would be a plus;

English level — Intermediate (written);
-
Ability to efficiently handle routine tasks and meet deadlines.
