• Identify priority leagues and markets, manage a sports event calendar and promotional activity plan;
• Conduct competitive analysis on margins, products, and offers, and promptly implement best practices;
• Track sports trends and rule changes, and suggest product and feature improvements;
• Formulate and validate hypotheses to grow LTV;
• Prepare clear business cases and presentations;
• Maintain internal department documentation;
• Manage the full lifecycle of initiatives: assess business impact, coordinate releases, and conduct post-analysis.

Experience you’ll need to bring:

• 1–3 years of experience in product, analytical (Business/Financial), or sportsbook roles;
• Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets;
• Experience with A/B testing and product metrics is a plus, along with the ability to generate and promote hypotheses;
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher (for documentation, written communication, and presentations);
• Interest in the sports industry; deep knowledge of cricket is a plus but not mandatory.
