About the role:

As a member of the Alpha team, your responsibilities will generally include:

• Gaining a strong understanding of the existing research pipeline and currently deployed trading strategies
• Collaborating with the team to design, test, and deploy additional types of semi-systematic (and potentially discretionary) trading strategies.
• Firmly understanding and owning the operational elements of the existing execution framework, including strategy rebalance.
• Developing an understanding of market flows and microstructure, to contextualize the performance of our strategies in the broader market.

 

Your Profile:

• Bachelors and Higher in a quantitative/technical field.
• Excellent analytical skills, with a strong foundation in statistics.
• At least 2y+ programming skills for data analysis and backtest design implementation
• At least 5y+ in trading (can be any asset class), with a strong foundation of derivatives and risk management. This includes an understanding of market microstructure both from a particular asset class perspective, but also in the context of broader macro factors.
• Preference for individuals with crypto-specific experience
