Key Responsibilities
Program and Project Governance:

Define and implement best practices for project management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Establish standardized processes, tools, and frameworks for IT and IS project execution.
Strategic Planning and Execution:

Collaborate with leadership to prioritize and align IT/IS projects with business objectives.

Drive the delivery of key initiatives, such as software development, infrastructure upgrades, and cybersecurity enhancements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Coordinate between development, operations, compliance, and business teams to ensure seamless execution of fintech projects.

Act as a central point of communication for stakeholders, addressing dependencies and resolving conflicts.
Performance Monitoring:

Establish KPIs to measure project and program success, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.

Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Budget and Resource Management:

Plan and allocate resources effectively, balancing team capacities and project demands.

Oversee project budgets, ensuring optimal utilization and financial efficiency.
Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities to enhance project delivery, team productivity, and organizational agility.

Implement lessons learned and feedback mechanisms to refine processes.
Qualifications and Experience
-
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:
-
3+ years of experience in IT/IS project management. Prior experience in Fintech or financial services is preferred.

Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects.

Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, CISM, or equivalent preferred.
Skills and Competencies

Strong understanding of fintech systems, regulatory landscapes, and emerging technologies.

Expertise in agile and waterfall project management methodologies.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).

Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

Familiarity with cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance frameworks.
