• Translate business briefs and marketing strategies into clear, compelling creative visual concepts;

• Generate ideas and scripts for all video formats (TVCs, social Reels, digital promos, how-to videos) independently or in collaboration with a copywriter;

• Create sketches, moodboards, and storyboards (using timecodes and AI-generated visuals) to pitch ideas and brief design team/production teams/directors;

• Provide direction on video dynamics: transitions, frame composition, shot detailing, and overall movement;

• Develop ideas for non-standard promo campaigns across various channels (BTL, PR, Social Media, POS, branded zones, merchandise) independently or in collaboration with a copywriter;

• Collaborate closely with the independent design team: translate creative concepts into actionable briefs, guide the visual execution, and provide art direction to ensure top-tier quality before final delivery;

• Collaborate with internal design teams and external visual partners (freelancers, production studios, illustrators, AI specialists) on asset creation—handling briefings, providing creative feedback, supporting the final review and approval workflow;

• Present and defend creative visions to leadership and stakeholders, effectively managing feedback.

Experience you’ll need to bring:

• 5+ years of experience in related visual creative roles (Art Director, Visual Lead);

• Excellent portfolio showcasing campaigns in Casino / Slots / Betting or Mobile GameDev;

• Solid understanding of the Betting/Gambling industry, marketing creatives, and visual adaptation for different GEOs;

• Hands-on proficiency with Generative AI tools for visual and video generation (Midjourney, Cap Cut, Recraft Ai, Google Flow, Higgsfield, etc.);

• Familiarity with the complete TVC production cycle (ideation, pre-production, shooting, post-production, QA);

• Strong understanding of motion design principles and visual dynamics for digital ads;

• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles for gaming interfaces and conversion landing pages;

• Experience working with task management and workflow systems (Jira, Asana, etc.);

• Understanding of ad platform compliance, format specs, and legal content limitations across jurisdictions (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) will be a plus;

• Understanding of project management processes will be a plus;

• Experience working with cross-cultural, distributed teams will be a plus;

• Fluent English (both written and spoken).
