Perfect for those who aim to:
  • Drive and scale traffic acquisition across paid, affiliate, and organic channels;

  • Optimise key metrics (CAC, CPA, LTV, ROMI) to improve performance and profitability;

  • Analyse the full marketing funnel and identify growth opportunities;

  • Manage budgets, focusing on the most efficient and high-ROI channels;

  • Set up and maintain tracking systems (attribution, pixels, postbacks);

  • Collaborate with Product, CRM, and Content teams to align efforts;

  • Test new channels, creatives, and strategies through A/B testing;

  • Improve marketing processes, automation, and reporting;

  • Work with affiliates and partners to grow external traffic;

  • Take ownership of results and drive continuous growth.

Experience you'll need to bring:
  • Experience in performance or digital marketing (traffic acquisition);

  • Strong understanding of key metrics (CAC, CPA, LTV, ROMI) and funnel analysis;

  • Hands-on experience with tracking systems (pixels, postbacks, attribution tools);

  • Experience managing and optimising marketing budgets;

  • Data-driven approach and ability to work with analytics.
