Marketing Specialist
Our client is an international online gaming company focused on delivering engaging and innovative gaming experiences, leveraging modern technologies to provide high-quality products and services for a global audience.

Drive and scale traffic acquisition across paid, affiliate, and organic channels;

Optimise key metrics (CAC, CPA, LTV, ROMI) to improve performance and profitability;

Analyse the full marketing funnel and identify growth opportunities;

Manage budgets, focusing on the most efficient and high-ROI channels;
-
Set up and maintain tracking systems (attribution, pixels, postbacks);
-
Collaborate with Product, CRM, and Content teams to align efforts;

Test new channels, creatives, and strategies through A/B testing;

Improve marketing processes, automation, and reporting;

Work with affiliates and partners to grow external traffic;

Experience you'll need to bring:

Experience in performance or digital marketing (traffic acquisition);

Strong understanding of key metrics (CAC, CPA, LTV, ROMI) and funnel analysis;

Hands-on experience with tracking systems (pixels, postbacks, attribution tools);

Experience managing and optimising marketing budgets;

Data-driven approach and ability to work with analytics.
