Perfect for those who aim to:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with operator partners, providing excellent service and support across all products;

  • Monitor partner performance and ensure agreed commercial and marketing commitments are delivered;

  • Identify opportunities within the partner lifecycle (for example, new launches, declining performance, market trends) and take proactive action to drive growth;

  • Monitor market-level performance, understand emerging trends, and act accordingly;

  • Coordinate campaigns and promotions with partners, ensuring timely delivery, tracking results, and reporting effectively;

  • Act as the main contact between Growe and its partners, ensuring smooth communication and adherence to processes;

  • Work closely with CRM and other departments, maintaining a constant focus on delivering;

  • Represent Growe as a knowledgeable and strong ambassador in all partner interactions.

Experience you’ll need to bring:
  • 2+ years of experience within the iGaming industry;

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships internally and externally;

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Hubspot, Jira, Confluence, and Tableau;

  • Strong communication and written English skills are essential (B2).
