VIP CS Reactivation Manager

  • Identify inactive / churned VIP players and segment them strategically;

  • Contact players via phone, email, and messaging channels;

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients;

  • Present tailored offers, bonuses, and promotions;

  • Monitor player activity and adjust reactivation approach accordingly;

  • Track KPIs: reactivation rate, retention rate, revenue recovery;

  • Analyze churn reasons and provide feedback to management;

  • Work closely with VIP Account Managers for smooth handover of reactivated players.

We need your professional experience:
  • Fluency in Brazil Portuguese (mandatory), Spanish will be benefit;

  • Good command of English (written and spoken);

  • Experience in iGaming / fintech / online services (preferred).

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills;

  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret client data;
