• Lead proactive and reactive PR efforts to ensure a positive public image, manage media relations, craft press releases, and act as a company spokesperson when needed;

• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing communications team, promoting a collaborative and engaging culture;

• Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and ensure professional development;

• Work closely with HR, Recruitment, and the Leadership team to align communication strategies with overall business objectives.

We need your professional experience:

• Proven experience in a senior communications role covering employer branding, internal communications, SMM, and PR;

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, manage, and develop a team;

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal;

• Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations;

• Experience in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns.
