Senior .NET Engineer

  • Act as a key engineering contributor across services owned by the team, ensuring high-quality delivery, stability, and continuous improvement;

  • Deliver completed tasks for testing and provide advisory assistance to QAs during testing;

  • Participate actively in technical discussions, collaborating with teammates, Tech Lead, and other teams to design scalable, maintainable, and efficient solutions;

  • Proactively identify problems and propose improvements - from architecture design and infrastructure enhancements to code quality, monitoring, and performance;

  • Contribute to product discussions, helping refine requirements, highlight technical risks, and suggest optimal implementation approaches that align with business and technical goals;

  • Ensure reliability and performance of services by implementing proper resilience patterns, caching strategies, metrics, alerts and by responding to critical issues when needed;

  • Support healthy engineering practices inside the team: code reviews, knowledge sharing, documentation, adherence to coding standards and improving SDLC processes;

  • Work closely with DevOps, QA, Product and other engineering teams, ensuring smooth cross-team communication and alignment on deliverables.

We need your professional experience:
  • 5+ years of .NET web development experience;

  • Expertise and deep understanding of .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and C# technologies;

  • Experience with micro services architecture;

  • Experience with a breadth of backend architecture principles and technologies;

  • Experience with Unit and Integration tests;

  • Experience with Gitlab CI or other CI/CD technologies;

  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process;

  • English - at least Upper-Intermediate;

  • Experience in fintech will be a plus.
