Deputy Delivery Director

- Gain a deep understanding of the company’s delivery domain, including platform architecture, product flows, and regulatory landscape;

Oversee and guide multiple delivery streams, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence;

Partner with the Delivery Director to define and implement delivery strategy, governance, and best practices;

Lead, mentor, and grow Project Managers and Delivery Leads;
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise-level clients, including C-level stakeholders;

Ensure alignment across engineering, product, design, QA, and operations teams to drive successful delivery outcomes;
-
Monitor and report on key delivery KPIs, including Uptime Rate, Development Deviation (normal deviation), Defect Detection Rate, Errors Monitoring, Delivery Rate;

Drive continuous improvements in delivery processes, tools, and communication practices;

Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies across programs.
We need your professional experience:

At least 8 years of experience in IT Delivery or Program/Project management within a tech-driven environment;

Strong understanding of software development life cycles (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe);

Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, high-load, or complex multi-project portfolios;

Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills;

Experience working in industries with fast release cycles, live systems, and customer-facing platforms — ideally in iGaming or fintech;

Upper intermediate English, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
