Total Reward Specialist

Collect, verify, and reconcile payroll data, including compensation, bonuses, and deductions;

End-to-end payroll processing for local and international specialists (monthly, quarterly);

Cooperate with HR, Finance, and external providers to ensure accuracy and timeliness;

Prepare payroll reports for management, finance, and analysis purposes;
-
Handle specialists’ queries related to payroll in a timely and professional manner;
-
Support payroll system improvements and automation initiatives.
We need your professional experience:
-
2+ years of experience in relevant positions;
-
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Google Sheets;

Strong Intermediate English level;
-
Experience with payroll systems/HRIS is an advantage;
-
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy;
-
Proven ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple tasks at once.
