Project manager (non tech)

• Establish principles for Agile team operations and their subsequent implementation;

• Form and manage a cross-functional team, ensuring its effective performance;

• Define approaches to monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs);

• Prepare and maintain project documentation;

• Prepare reports (formatted as presentations) on the team's monthly performance results;

• Evaluate the delivery rate of each team, among other tasks.

We need your professional experience:

• At least 2 years as a Project Manager/Project Coordinator;

• Knowledge and practical experience in applying Agile project management approaches;

• Experience in implementing Agile methodologies from scratch;

• Experience in managing cross-functional teams;

• Ability to prioritize and adapt plans based on user feedback;

• Understanding of product lifecycle;

• Understanding of technical processes in the iGaming industry;

• Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, and Google Spreadsheets;

• Analytical skills for creating reports, improving team processes;

• English language proficiency at least at an Intermediate level (written, spoken).
