Project manager (non tech)

Establish principles for Agile team operations and their subsequent implementation;

Form and manage a cross-functional team, ensuring its effective performance;

Define approaches to monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs);

Prepare and maintain project documentation;

Prepare reports (formatted as presentations) on the team's monthly performance results;

Evaluate the delivery rate of each team, among other tasks.
We need your professional experience:
-
At least 2 years as a Project Manager/Project Coordinator;
-
Knowledge and practical experience in applying Agile project management approaches;
-
Experience in implementing Agile methodologies from scratch;
-
Experience in managing cross-functional teams;
-
Ability to prioritize and adapt plans based on user feedback;
-
Understanding of product lifecycle;
-
Understanding of technical processes in the iGaming industry;
-
Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, and Google Spreadsheets;
-
Analytical skills for creating reports, improving team processes;
-
English language proficiency at least at an Intermediate level (written, spoken).
