Senior Project Manager

Gain a deep understanding of the entertainment and high-load transactional domain, including platform architecture, product flows, and the regulatory landscape;

Manage the full project lifecycle — from scoping and planning to execution and delivery;

Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, QA, and design teams;

Engage proactively with parallel technical teams to ensure alignment and effective dependency management;

Ensure the stability and uptime of owned products and services;
-
Take ownership of proactively improving the quality, performance, and reliability of the product/service;

Identify opportunities and drive continuous improvements within the team, including processes, communication, and delivery practices;
-
Track and manage key performance metrics, including: uptime rate, development deviation (normal deviation), defect detection rate, error monitoring, and delivery rate;

Ensure effective prioritisation, sprint planning, and tracking of deliverables;
-
Mitigate risks, remove blockers, and maintain transparency with stakeholders.
We need your professional experience:
-
4+ years of experience in project management within a technology-focused company or digital product environment;

Hands-on experience managing cross-functional technical teams (e.g., Backend, Front-end, DevOps);

Strong track record of delivering complex projects in environments with strict reliability and uptime requirements;

Proven ability to work with data-driven KPIs and apply them to improve delivery and operational excellence;

Experience working in industries with fast release cycles, live systems, and customer-facing platforms — ideally in gambling, entertainment, or fintech;

Familiarity with incident management, root cause analysis, and risk mitigation in production environments.
