Account Manager

Fill out application forms, gather documents from internal departments, register back offices, etc;

Support of the whole application process;

Support of relations with partners daily, communication with their sales and account management teams;

Create tasks for integration and provide all necessary information to start integration to the product manager and developer;

Create group chats with providers for internal teams, inform of contract conditions and details to relevant internal teams;
-
Perform market research for the most popular payment methods and their understanding;
-
Search for payment and other providers in respective markets, contacting them;
-
Support KYC and compliance process during application in both ways, adjust the company's website to meet provider's requirements;
-
Assistance to fin team, ops team in escalation of their requests to partner's management and Head of Payments;
-
Search for competitors in the market and analyze their payment methods, flows, limits, and providers.
We need your professional experience:
-
English at upper intermediate level;
-
2+ years as account manager or similar position in PSP or payments;
-
Experience in communication with foreign customers or partners;
-
Understanding of basic principles of contractual relations;
-
Understanding of KYC and compliance procedures;
-
Basic understanding of corporate cash flow, income,and expenses;
-
Basic understanding of online payments technical integrations, funnels, flows;
-
Advanced MS Office, Google Search, Similar Web, task tracking, cloud storage user.
