📍 Prague | 🌍 Global Scope 

We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven leader to build our People Analytics function from the ground up. As our first hire in this space, you’ll define the vision, design the roadmap, and turn people data into insights that drive performance, engagement, and growth.

You’ll start hands-on - building dashboards, frameworks, and data models and gradually grow and lead a small analytics team. This is a rare opportunity to shape how people data fuels business decisions and culture in a global marketplace tech company.

💻 What You’ll Do

Build & Lead People Analytics

  • Establish the roadmap, governance, and best practices for analytics and data quality.

  • Design scalable dashboards and processes that support global leaders.

  • Partner with People, Finance, and Business Ops to align metrics with business goals.

Drive Performance & Culture

  • Develop frameworks that link people data to company performance and growth.

  • Deliver insights on leadership effectiveness, talent development, and succession.

  • Embed analytics into decision-making to strengthen accountability and transparency.

Data, Systems & Insights

  • Own analytics for key programs - performance, compensation, engagement, DEI.

  • Collaborate with IT and People Tech to optimize Workday, Asana, and other systems for automation and integration.

  • Design data models and pipelines connecting HRIS, payroll, and engagement platforms.

  • Apply statistical analysis and predictive modeling to uncover trends and test new initiatives.

Lead & Collaborate

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, turning insights into strategy.

  • Coach and develop future analysts and foster a culture of data literacy across People teams.

🙌 What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years in People Analytics, HR Insights, or related data roles, ideally in a tech or global environment.

  • Strong technical toolkit: SQL, Python/R, advanced Excel/Sheets, and tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

  • Hands-on experience with Workday and solid understanding of people data domains (performance, compensation, engagement, attrition).

  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for executives.

  • Experience leading cross-functional analytics projects and influencing senior stakeholders.

  • Nice to have - prior experience building or scaling a people analytics function.
