💼 The Role: As a Global HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping our people strategy across multiple regions. 🌐 Partnering closely with senior leaders, you’ll translate business goals into impactful HR strategies and solutions. 🛠️ What You’ll Do:

🤝 Strategic HR Partnership: Be a trusted advisor to senior leadership. Understand business objectives, anticipate workforce needs, and deliver HR strategies that enable success.

🏗️ Organisational Design & Development: Partner with leaders to shape effective org structures, close skill gaps, and support transformation goals.

🔄 Change Management: Drive change initiatives through clear planning, communication, and engagement at all levels.

💬 Employee Engagement & Culture Building: Create and lead initiatives that boost morale, inclusion, and performance.

🎯 Talent Acquisition & Retention: Partner with TA to attract top talent and develop strategies to keep them thriving in the business.

🧭 Employee Relations: Guide resolution of complex employee issues with empathy, fairness, and compliance.

📊 HR Analytics & Insights: Use people data to inform decisions and drive measurable impact.

🌱 Leadership Development & Coaching: Coach leaders to grow their teams and their own leadership potential.

⚙️ Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with People Operations to streamline HR processes and embrace scalable solutions.

🔍 What We’re Looking For:

• ✅ Proven HRBP experience, ideally in tech or product-driven environments.

• 🌎 Experience working across multiple regions with a global, inclusive mindset.

• 🏗️ Strong background in organisational design, change, and leadership coaching.

• 📈 Data-savvy and comfortable using people metrics to guide decisions.

• 🧠 Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and problem-solving mindset.

• 🗣️ Excellent communicator and influencer across all levels of the organisation.

• ❤️ Passionate about employee experience, talent, and DEI.
