In a collaborative, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment, you will be trained, mentored, and challenged on a variety of topics (business operations, marketing, customer service, project management, etc.).

 

🎯 Your responsibilities, if you choose to accept them:

• Assist in optimizing business operations and processes to improve efficiency.

• Support the team in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.

• Coordinate and help manage internal and external communication.

• Analyze business performance data and help prepare reports.

• Assist in managing and improving business partnerships and vendor relationships.

• Help streamline workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements.

• Provide general support to the management team as needed, contributing to strategic projects.

👀 The profile we're looking for:

• A student in their Bac+3 to Bac+5, from a business school, university, or other relevant program, based in Paris.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and experience with Google Sheets is a plus.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.

• Curious, resourceful, and eager to learn.

• Proactive and able to work independently.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
