Giftcloud is owned by Groupon, we operate a separate entity, but benefit from a close relationship and have many shared services.
You’ll spend your time on the following:
Account Management
-
Develop and manage relationships with small to mid tier brands, affiliate networks and agencies.

Working with the Business Development team to onboard new clients

Communicate in a professional and timely manner with brands and networks
-
Manage and execute client campaigns to deliver maximum value and ROI for the business and clients

Create persuasive and strategic proposals to deliver growth
-
Manage client expectations on campaign performance
-
Complete regular offer performance reviews and forecasts
-
Use Google Docs, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to prepare reports and client presentations
-
Develop and understand the client’s long and short term marketing objectives, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and performance
-
Proactively develop a deep understanding of the gifting sector and key trends

Collaborate with the wider team
Reporting
-
Deliver weekly reports and updates on portfolio growth and effectiveness of campaign management
-
Utilise Google analytics, internal data and market insight to deliver post campaign reports to drive future performance
-
Identify and report on weekly and monthly fluctuations
-
Attend and prepare updates for the monthly Giftcloud meeting

Report on competitor activity for clients
Other

Liaise with the operations managers to ensure invoices are sent correctly, overdue payments are collected and breakage and commission statements are delivered

Monitor forecasting and maintain accuracy reporting to operations manager weekly

Understand how to monitor stock and ensure that it aligns with clients forecasts for reward sends.

Assisting the admin team with customer queries

Experience of managing relationships and building strong relationships

A proven track record of delivering campaigns in line with KPI’s

An excellent communicator with a positive attitude and influence

Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail

Ability to manipulate large amounts of raw data and draw meaningful conclusions

Ability to work on multi-faceted client programs and deal with tight deadlines

Confident, with strong interpersonal skills in a client facing situation

Proficient user of MS Office and/or G Suite

Works accurately at a fast pace

Determined, with an ability to overcome any obstacles presented in a start-up business

Professional, confident, self-motivated and enthusiastic

Ability to remain calm under pressure and work to deadlines in a fast paced environment
