Salesforce Administrator
Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Singapore, Group-IB is a leading creator of cybersecurity technologies to investigate, prevent, and fight digital crime. Combating cybercrime is in the company’s DNA, shaping its technological capabilities to defend businesses, citizens, and support law enforcement operations.
Group-IB’s Digital Crime Resistance Centers (DCRCs) are located in the Middle East, Europe, Central Asia, and Asia-Pacific to help critically analyze and promptly mitigate regional and country-specific threats. These mission-critical units help Group-IB strengthen its contribution to global cybercrime prevention and continually expand its threat-hunting capabilities.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Salesforce Administrator to join our CRM team and help us get more out of our Salesforce environment. Reporting to the Head of CRM, you'll work alongside stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions.
This role suits someone ready to step up into more ownership: running their own workstreams end-to-end, getting comfortable managing stakeholders directly, and growing into the deeper architectural and strategic parts of the platform — with support from the Head of CRM and the wider team.
The environment you'll be working in
Our Salesforce footprint supports several hundred users across Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud Advanced (evolving into Agentforce Revenue Management). It's integrated with a range of external systems — including marketing automation, a partner portal (PRM), sales intelligence / intent data, e-signature, and internally built business systems. You'll be joining a mature, actively evolving environment with plenty of opportunity to grow your skills across both Sales Cloud and RCA.
YOUR MISSION
-
Support day-to-day administration of our Salesforce environment (Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud Advanced / Agentforce Revenue Management): user management, configuration, reports, dashboards, and routine maintenance.
-
Identify the stakeholders involved in each change — sponsors, process owners, end users — and keep them informed throughout discovery, build, and rollout.
-
Gather business requirements, ask clarifying questions, and translate them into well-scoped Salesforce changes. Flag when a request might need rethinking.
-
Configure and customize Salesforce (objects, fields, flows, validation rules, permissions, reports, dashboards, Lightning pages) to support evolving processes.
-
Contribute to data quality and hygiene: imports/exports, deduplication, and routine cleanup.
-
Manage your own task list: prioritize incoming requests, set clear expectations on timing, communicate status without being chased, and close the loop once work is live.
-
Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users in writing and in meetings.
-
Support end users: troubleshoot issues, build training materials, and help drive adoption.
-
Keep up with Salesforce releases and flag features relevant to our business.
-
Partner with senior team members on larger or more complex changes, including work that touches our integrated systems.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
-
2+ years hands-on as a Salesforce Administrator in a production environment.
-
Salesforce Certified Administrator.
-
Exposure to a Salesforce environment with external integrations — you don't need to have owned them, but you should understand how integrations typically affect admin work.
-
Proven ability to deliver changes end-to-end on familiar problem types — requirements → build → UAT → rollout.
-
Solid stakeholder communication: comfortable identifying who needs to be involved, managing expectations, and explaining technical decisions to non-technical users.
-
Able to work with limited supervision on standard work, while actively seeking guidance on complex or ambiguous problems.
-
Comfortable handling multiple concurrent requests and tracking your own tasks against deadlines.
-
Good understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative automation (Flow in particular).
-
Familiarity with release management practices (sandboxes, change sets)
-
A mindset of continuous improvement — open to exploring process changes, automation, or modern tools (including AI) to deliver work more efficiently.
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
WHAT SETS YOU APART
-
Additional certifications: Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Certified Advanced Administrator.
-
Agentforce Revenue Management / Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) experience or exposure.
-
Apex / SOQL literacy — enough to read existing code and understand what it does.
-
Experience with marketing automation, PRM, sales intelligence, or e-signature integrations to Salesforce.
-
Experience in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
