Execution Quality Manager (all genders)

About the role

We are looking for you - as a responsible, team player who wants to make a difference!

You are responsible for the interface between production - where our elements are manufactured - and the construction site - where our construction system is assembled.

You ensure that only parts that meet specification leave the factory. As part of a continuous improvement process, you collect information, analyze it, develop and coordinate measures with necessary interface areas.

In this role, you will:

• develop quality concepts for the interface processes between the production plant and construction site
• ensure effective and efficient quality planning (APQP, MSA) in cooperation with relevant interface areas up to product and process release (PPF)
• moderate and participate in risk analyzes (FMEA)
• initiate, implement and monitor quality processes (Control Plan, MSA, SPC) and evaluate their effectiveness
• supervise construction site and production employees with decisions in the event of deviations and special cases
• control necessary measures (e.g. blocking of parts, rework, special release)
• carry out systematic problem analyzes and follow up measures until they are permanently eliminated (8D, Lessons Learned)
• plan audits, carry them out and follow measures (process, product)
• further develop the QM system and design a continuous improvement process
• apply quality tools and lead Kaizen projects (PDCA)

About you

• 3 years experience in the construction or automotive industry
• Ideally, experience in quality planning, problem solving and as an auditor/expert
• Experience in building and leading a team
• Knowledge of ISO 9001
• Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with SAP, Six Sigma or Lean Green/Black Belt of advantage
• Willingness to travel to construction sites in Europe (50-80%)
• Very good written and oral communication skills in German and English
