Senior Software Engineer - 1 year Fixed term contract

About the Role:

In this role you’ll work with us to generate the 3D parametric models that power our automated production lines. You’ll help design and improve our Kotlin services, build smart automation flows that react to new data, and tackle fascinating geometry and math challenges along the way. What you bring:

• Strong Kotlin experience: Professional experience developing with Kotlin.
• Cloud-native experience: Hands-on experience deploying and operating applications on Azure, GCP, AWS, or a similar cloud platform.
• Experience with PostgreSQL databases.
• Previous experience with performance optimizations of algorithms and geometrical 3D challenges.
• A plus if you had experience with Rule Engines
• A plus if you had experience with Service Bus or other messaging systems.
• End-to-end software ownership: Experience designing, building, running, and maintaining production software.
• Modern engineering practices: Strong understanding of modern design patterns and experience or interest in pair programming and/or mob programming.
• Reliability mindset: Experience with highly available and resilient systems is a plus.
• Collaboration & planning: Interest in contributing to team strategy, roadmap definition, and sprint planning is a plus.
