About The Role 

We are looking for a Senior Operations and Projects Manager (f/m/d) to join our Business Operations & Strategy unit in Berlin. 

Successful candidates will relish the opportunity to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and contribute to building a company with a bold vision for the future. 

You will: 

• Lead the development and delivery of unit-specific and cross-functional projects end-to-end. 

• Collaborate with senior leadership during the planning process and throughout the implementation of strategic initiatives facilitating decision-making discussions. 

• Break down complex projects into manageable tasks, supervise progress, and drive multiple delivery teams to achieve scheduled milestones. 

• Identify and manage interdependencies between teams, fostering alignment on business priorities and solutions. 

• Communicate project scope, requirements, progress, and critical decisions clearly to teams and senior leaders. 

• Assimilate information from multiple sources and provide concise recommendations or options in a manner consumable to the audience you are addressing. 

• Facilitate workshops and meetings with senior leadership to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements. 

About You 

Required experience / minimum qualifications: 

• 5–7 years of experience delivering projects and operations across multiple teams, functions, and locations, in one or several of the following areas: consulting, operations, or project management. 

• Proven experience independently managing medium to large-scale cross-functional projects or change programs, end-to-end 

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in operations management, with a focus on designing and improving processes across teams and functions. 

• Proven track record in international, dynamic, and fast-paced environments, ideally within startups or management/strategy consulting. 

Knowledge, skills, and abilities: 

• Fluency in English, German skills a plus, 

• Passion for GROPYUS’ vision of creating sustainable living for everyone, 

• Exceptional communication skills combined with the ability to manage and influence key internal stakeholders, 

• Strong critical thinking, project management, analytical and organizational skills, 

• Experience in Project Management tools - e.g., Wrike,  

• Certification on project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Prince2, PMP) a plus 

• Hands-on solution-oriented behavior, 

• Ability to deal with complexity across various departments and industries or countries as well as ambiguity in a fast-growing company.
