We are currently looking for a Senior People Development & Culture Manager (f/m/d) to join us on this journey as part of our People & Culture Team. This role is instrumental in fostering a thriving culture, developing our people, and translating people insights into action. In this role, you’ll report to our People Development & Culture Lead.
What you'll be doing:
- Drive the continuous development of our leadership training programs and support our leaders to grow and inspire their teams
- Shape and nurture our organizational culture, identifying root causes of challenges and embedding our values into daily work, making them tangible across locations
- Design and deliver internal training programs in English and German, partnering with both internal stakeholders and external providers
- Analyze and interpret people data and surveys (e.g. engagement, pulse checks, performance), translating insights into targeted, effective action plans
- Own and manage our Leapsome platform as a power user
- Develop strategic initiatives in close collaboration with People Business Partners and business leaders to improve employee experience and development
- Support the execution of our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) strategy across the organization
- Support broader People & Culture projects that enhance collaboration, communication, and growth across the company
What you bring:
- You have several years of hands-on experience working in people development and culture, ideally in fast-paced or scaling environments
- You bring a data-driven mindset, with strong Excel skills and a proven ability to derive actionable insights from surveys, workshops, workforce analytics, etc.
- You are an experienced trainer and facilitator, comfortable developing and delivering content in English and German
- You have already gained practical experience leveraging engagement and development tools and supporting performance management programs, experience with Leapsome is a plus
- You’re passionate about culture, employee growth, and driving meaningful change
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You’re confident working with everyone from early-career talent to senior leadership and those in other functions like IT, Governance, Risk and Compliance, etc.
- You’re a collaborative team player and can manage your own projects end-to-end with autonomy and accountability
- You have strong language skills in both German and English
