Interim Product Manager (all genders) - 5 month FTC

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Product Manager to step in and drive key initiatives for a 5-month period as part of our Digital Execution team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of product delivery and help shape user-centric, value-driven solutions within our enterprise ecosystem. 

What you'll be doing:

• Own and execute the product roadmap for our construction-site software, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and other products to deliver digital solutions that meet end-to-end business needs. 

• Translate user and business requirements into clear product features, stories, and acceptance criteria. 

• Manage prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery. 

• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across business units to ensure transparency and buy-in. 

• Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and iteration. 

What you bring:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in digital transformation or enterprise software environments— construction tech background is a strong plus. 

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product delivery processes. 

• Ability to translate complex requirements into simplified processes. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

• A user-first mindset with attention to both detail and strategic impact. 

• Comfortable working independently and stepping into an existing team structure mid-flight. 

• Both English and German is a must.
