About the Role:
As a People Controller, you will play a pivotal supporting role in optimizing our People & Culture team through effective HR processes and accurate data management. This entails a blend of technical proficiency in modern HR data visualization systems and a solid understanding of workforce planning principles, as well as stakeholder management skills and a focus on teamwork through reliable communication.
You will be joining an international People & Culture Team of 18 people located throughout Germany and Austria. What you'll be doing:
- Personnel Expenses Controlling: You've already owned a recurring People Controlling process and feel confident guiding your internal stakeholders in the annual PEX planning
- Annual HR Budget Forecasting: Support the annual FTE planning and people-related OPEX forecasting processes through data monitoring and maintenance
- Accurate Data Tracking: Assist in the management and administration of SAP SuccessFactors, leveraging its capabilities to enhance People operations and reporting dashboards,
- Process Optimization: Identify calibration opportunities in existing People processes and develop strategies to enhance efficiency.
- HR Data Analytics: Develop, implement, and maintain data analytics solutions, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing insightful analytics to drive People & Culture initiatives and ensure accurate, up-to-date documentation for the business.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in people-related Controlling topics, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Controlling, Information Systems)
- Knowledge of current HR technologies and how to use them, in both user-facing and system administration capacities
- You've worked with an HRIS Reporting module, ideally in SAP SuccessFactors Reporting
- Reliable, approachable, and accountable working attitude- you are actively seek information and enjoy collaborating with colleagues
- Strong organizer with attention to detail
- Analytical thinker with a proactive problem-solving approach
- Proficiency in MS Office, with a particularly strong focus on Excel
