Senior Technical Support Manager (all genders)
About The Company
GROPYUS creates sustainable, affordable, and aspirational buildings for everyone through modular construction and setting a new standard in smart living.
The aim is to coordinate, implement and further optimise workplace processes (e.g. onboarding, offboarding, hardware and software management and support) and to provide our GROPYUS colleagues with a managed, user-friendly and effective IT workplace.
About the Role
- You are responsible for the digital workplace with our MDM solutions from Microsoft Intune or Jamf.
- You manage and optimize the IT support process as part of our team for all our employees at GROPYUS (Jira, Confluence).
- You manage and work closely with our IT service providers to define, coordinate, and control processes.
- You establish and implement a client hardware and client software vision for GROPYUS.
- You implement and manage solutions for the service desk and collaboration based on the Microsoft Office platform.
- You are responsible for managing the lifecycle of client hardware and software, and optimizing it as needed.
- You ensure the integration of data governance and security requirements into our digital workplace environment, including collaboration with GRC and information security.
About You
- You have completed training as an IT specialist (or equivalent) and have at least 5 years of professional experience in IT service desk management.
- You have experience with one of the two MDM solutions (Intune or JAMF).
- You have a transparent and cooperative communication style.
- You take responsibility and have a high service orientation.
- You have successfully implemented projects in the IT field.
