Senior Account Executive - DACH

Your Role  

To support the rapid adoption of the Gradyent Platform and actively drive our growth in DACH, Gradyent is seeking a Senior Account Executive with a strong analytical mindset to join our Berlin-based team. 

 What You’ll Do  

  • Develop and execute a territory sales strategy aligned with quarterly objectives, leveraging analytics to identify and prioritize high-value prospects. 
  • Build robust, data-driven account plans for target clients, interpreting market trends, usage data, and business needs to identify growth opportunities. 
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for complex enterprise deals: prospecting, qualification, engagement, negotiation, and closing. 
  • Establish solid relationships with decision-makers at the highest levels of organizations, particularly within the VP, EVP, and C-suite. 
  • Actively monitor pipeline health and performance through regular analysis of sales metrics, conversion rates, and business KPIs. 
  • Collaborate closely with customer success, operations, product, and marketing teams to design and execute tailored sales strategies. 
  • Contribute to developing Gradyent's network and public visibility to expand market reach and penetration. 
  • Stay current on product features and enhancements, translating technical advancements into compelling business value and ROI for prospects. 

 What We’re Looking For  

  • You have 5+ years' experience in a closing role (Account Executive) in SaaS/PaaS, with a proven track record of closing complex and high-value enterprise deals. 
  • You excel in both consultative, long-cycle sales and possess strong conceptual selling skills while demonstrating clear ROI. 
  • You are highly analytical: comfortable building models, synthesizing data, and translating insights into commercial actions. 
  • You are able to articulate ROI and business value with a data-driven approach and are at ease presenting to C-level stakeholders. 
  • You possess a strong understanding of business practices, industry trends, and can quickly grasp complex pricing models. 
  • You are familiar with MEDDPICC sales methodology and have applied it successfully in previous roles. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German & English. 
  • You can be Berlin-based and keen to work in a hybrid model (3 days office, 2 days remote).
