Your Role  

To support the rapid adoption of the Gradyent Platform and actively drive our growth, Gradyent is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager with a strong analytical mindset to join our Rotterdam based team. 

 Your Two Main Missions: 

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Generate sales across a portfolio of enterprise accounts, consistently reaching up-sell and cross-sell targets. 
  • Secure Renewals: Anticipate and manage contract renewals to secure future revenues and minimize churn. 

 What You’ll Do  

  • Build robust, data-driven account plans for each key customer, leveraging analytics to identify and prioritize growth levers. 
  • Actively monitor account health and performance through regular analysis of usage, contract terms, and business KPIs. 
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within existing accounts by interpreting client data, market trends, and business needs. 
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for upsell/cross-sell opportunities: identification, qualification, engagement, negotiation, and closing. 
  • Participate in monthly and quarterly business reviews, providing actionable insights based on data to mitigate risk and maximize value. 
  • Collaborate closely with customer success, operations, product, and sales teams to design and execute tailored action plans. 
  • Stay current on new product features and enhancements, translating technical advancements into business value for clients. 

 What We’re Looking For  

  • You have 5+ years' experience in a closing role (Account Executive/Account Manager) in SaaS, with a proven track record of closing complex and high-value enterprise deals. 
  • You excel in both consultative, long-cycle sales and transactional sales environments. 
  • You are highly analytical: comfortable building models in Excel, synthesizing contract data, and translating insights into commercial actions. 
  • You are able to articulate ROI and business value with a data-driven approach and are at ease presenting insights to senior client stakeholders. 
  • You possess a strong understanding of business practices, industry trends, and can quickly grasp complex pricing models 
  • You are familiar with MEDDPICC sales process 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Dutch. 
  • You can be Rotterdam based and keen to work in a hybrid model (3 days office, 2 days remote).
