Why this role exists:

This role exists to define, drive, and execute the product strategy for the Integration Team, ensuring seamless end-to-end product lifecycle management, customer-centric development, and alignment with business objectives while coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering measurable product success.

What you’ll drive:

Product strategy and roadmap

  • Developing and driving overall product strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Providing visionary leadership to ensure the product roadmap supports long-term organizational goals.

Product lifecycle management

  • Managing the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, continuous improvement, and scaling.
  • Owning product backlog prioritization, balancing short-term improvements with long-term strategic goals.

Market research and analytics

  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Defining and tracking key product metrics to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Using A/B testing and data-driven hypothesis validation to optimize product outcomes.

Customer focus

  • Serving as the voice of the customer within the organization.
  • Building strong customer relationships to understand needs and incorporating feedback into product development.

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Leading collaboration with engineering, design, QA, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality releases.
  • Coordinating multiple teams and workstreams to ensure alignment on complex product initiatives.
  • Acting as the bridge between business and technology, communicating product vision and priorities clearly.

Financial performance and reporting

  • Maximizing the financial performance of products and ensuring positive ROI.
  • Communicating product strategies, progress, and results to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Providing regular reports on product performance and key metrics.

What makes you a GR8 fit:

Must-have

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills and ability to develop and communicate a clear product vision.
  • Expertise in product analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven experimentation.
  • Proven cross-functional leadership experience with development, design, marketing, sales, and support teams.
  • High ownership and autonomy across the product lifecycle, from ideation to execution.
  • Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis, translating insights into actionable product decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills for both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • English proficiency Upper-Intermediate+; fluent Russian or Ukrainian.
  • Experience in gambling or gaming industry.

Nice-to-have

  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems.
  • Prior experience managing B2B products.
  • Ability to deliver pre-sale product demos to clients.
