Why this role exists

This role exists to manage Sport B2B product integrations, coordinate the team, and ensure projects are delivered on time and meet business requirements.

What you’ll drive

Project delivery

  • Ensuring projects are completed according to deadlines and business requirements.

Team planning and management

  • Planning team activities and workload.
  • Managing a shared team of developers, QA engineers, and a Product Manager.

Requirements and documentation

  • Gathering and clarifying business and technical requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining internal documentation.

Client interaction

  • Leading Sport B2B product integrations with clients.
  • Interacting with customers and managing their expectations.

What makes you a GR8 fit

Must-have

  • Experience in client communication, preferably in outsourcing or B2B IT companies.
  • Understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Good understanding of SDLC.
  • Ability to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of change and expectations management.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and GANTT charts.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Upper-intermediate English or higher.
