Why this role exists

This role exists to ensure the quality of Web-based products by testing features, APIs, and integrations, and by verifying data and system behavior.

What you’ll drive

Requirements analysis

• Analyzing and clarifying requirements to ensure complete understanding of what needs to be tested.

Test documentation

• Creating test cases, checklists, and other documentation to support structured testing.
• Estimating time needed to complete testing tasks and meet deadlines.

Functional and regression testing

• Performing functional and regression testing for Web-based products.
• Carrying out API testing to validate integrations and service behavior.

Data and logs validation

• Working with SQL databases to check data accuracy and support test scenarios.
• Reading and interpreting logs to identify issues and troubleshoot problems.

What makes you a GR8 fit

Must-have

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in software testing.
• Strong understanding of HTTP fundamentals.
• Solid knowledge of REST and WebAPI principles.
• Proficiency with Jira and familiarity with Agile methodology.
• Good understanding of HTML/CSS and their influence on Web application behavior.
• Proven experience testing Web applications across different environments.
• Practical experience in API testing.
• Confident use of browser DevTools for debugging and validation.
• Ability to produce clear, structured testing documentation.

Nice-to-have

• Automation testing skills.
• Experience testing CRM systems.
• Ability to read and understand logs (e.g., Kibana).
