What You’ll Be Driving:
- Developing and maintaining product roadmaps balancing customer needs, business goals, and feasibility;
 - Leading cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and execution;
 - Fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture;
 - Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends;
 - Overseeing the end-to-end product development process from ideation to launch;
 - Ensuring timely, high-quality, and budget-conscious product delivery;
 - Gathering and leveraging customer feedback to drive continuous improvement;
 - Identifying and mitigating risks across the product lifecycle;
 - Defining KPIs and using data analytics to measure and improve product performance;
 - Communicating product strategies, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders;
 - Aligning with other departments to support product initiatives;
 - Mentoring and developing junior team members.
 
What Makes You a GR8 Fit:
- 2+ years of experience in product roles;
 - Strong skills in customer research, pain point discovery, and solution validation;
 - Experience in product discovery, planning, and writing specifications;
 - Solid understanding of business metrics and ability to build business cases;
 - Familiarity with software architecture principles and collaboration with tech teams;
 - Proficiency in Agile methodologies and cross-functional teamwork;
 - Confident use of JIRA, Confluence, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma);
 - Ability to analyze data and apply insights to product decisions;
 - Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills;
 - Strategic mindset with adaptability and decision-making under uncertainty.
