Why this role exists:
This role exists to lead the FE Platform product team, ensuring the product roadmap drives strategic business goals, delivers measurable outcomes, and integrates customer insights into platform development.
What you’ll drive:
Product strategy and execution
- Driving overall product strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Managing complex product portfolios, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic value.
- Overseeing the full product lifecycle, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
Customer and market focus
- Conducting market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
- Acting as the voice of the customer, integrating feedback into product decisions.
Team and cross-functional leadership
- Leading and mentoring up to 3 Product Managers, fostering high-performing teams.
- Collaborating with leadership, engineering, marketing, and sales to align product direction and execution.
- Managing relationships with key business partners and stakeholders to drive growth.
Financial and operational oversight
- Managing product budgets and driving ROI.
- Identifying risks, adapting to market shifts, and making strategic trade-offs under uncertainty.
What makes you a GR8 fit:
Must-have
- 3+ years in the iGaming industry, with proven Lead Product experience.
- Hands-on expertise with CMS platforms and their integration into complex product ecosystems.
- Experience leading and mentoring Product Managers.
- Strong ability to define and communicate product requirements across cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in leveraging research, analytics, and customer insights to inform prioritization.
- Excellent communication skills for transparency across departments.
Nice-to-have
- Track record of hiring, developing, and scaling product and analytics talent.
- Experience implementing and scaling product processes across teams.
- Ability to manage product strategy with a clear 12-month vision and measurable outcomes.
