What You’ll Be Driving:
- Driving overall product strategy in alignment with business objectives, ensuring the roadmap supports long-term company goals;
- Overseeing complex product portfolios and prioritizing initiatives based on strategic value and business impact;
- Conducting market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities, refining product positioning accordingly;
- Collaborating cross-functionally with leadership, engineering, marketing, and sales to align on product direction and execution;
- Managing product budgets and driving financial performance to ensure strong ROI;
- Leading innovation efforts, identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies and market trends;
- Acting as the voice of the customer, integrating insights and feedback into product development;
- Anticipating risks, adapting to market shifts, and making strategic trade-offs under uncertainty;
- Overseeing the entire product lifecycle, making data-driven decisions for continuous optimization;
- Clearly communicating strategy, progress, and outcomes to executives and stakeholders.
What Makes You a GR8 Fit:
- 3+ years of experience in the iGaming industry, including proven experience in a Lead Product role;
- Hands-on expertise with CMS platforms and understanding of their integration into complex product ecosystems;
- Experience leading and mentoring up to 3 Product Managers, building high-performing teams and driving development plans;
- Strong ability to define and communicate product requirements across cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations, support);
- Proficiency in coordinating product strategy and execution with clear 12-month vision and measurable outcomes;
- Skilled in leveraging research, analytics, and customer insights to inform product decisions and prioritization;
- Track record of hiring, developing, and scaling product and analytics talent;
- Ability to manage relationships with key business partners and stakeholders to drive growth and innovation;
- Adept at implementing and scaling product processes across teams, fostering product thinking throughout the organization;
- Excellent communication skills, ensuring transparency of results, plans, and progress across departments.
