What You’ll Be Driving:
- Leading, coaching, and mentoring the practice team, fostering professional growth, motivation, and high performance;
- Ensuring the delivery of projects on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards;
- Defining and implementing best practices, technical standards, and methodologies for the practice area;
- Planning and allocating resources effectively, supporting recruitment, and ensuring the team has the right capabilities;
- Driving practice strategy, continuous improvement, innovation, and alignment with company goals and market demands;
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders, senior management, and other Practice Leads to deliver business growth and client satisfaction;
- Overseeing quality assurance processes, ensuring consistent delivery standards across projects;
- Assigning tasks, following up on progress, and supporting team members in overcoming challenges and impediments;
- Reporting on team performance, project outcomes, and escalations in a timely manner;
- Contributing to team development, professional placement, and career growth planning.
What Makes You a GR8 Fit:
- 4–5 years of experience in leadership roles, ideally within the iGaming or IT industry, with exposure to multiple project lifecycles;
- Demonstrating strong technical expertise in software engineering and understanding of relevant processes, tools, and methodologies;
- Operating confidently in Agile environments and familiar with project management frameworks such as Waterfall, Hybrid, Agile, SAFe, Spotify, etc.;
- Leading, mentoring, and developing teams, providing technical and intellectual guidance;
- Communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts clearly;
- Building networks and relationships within the technology sector and maintaining industry awareness;
- Understanding B2B software solutions, delivery processes, and client expectations;
- Working independently, taking initiative, and being responsible for team results;
- Sharing expertise, coaching colleagues, and contributing to knowledge building and performance improvement;
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian/Russian.
